SEC Complaint Against Top Corporate Executives Resolved Favorably
Lash & Goldberg LLP resolved proceedings brought by the Securities & Exchange Commission against the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded consumer electronics retailer. The SEC charged the officers with violation of the securities laws in connection with certain alleged financial reporting and accounting improprieties.
