Morgan Kaplan is an associate in LashGoldberg’s Miami office. Her practice focuses on complex business litigation and health care litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Morgan was an associate at Greenberg Traurig, P.A.
Morgan is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as Managing Editor of Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. While earning her law degree, Morgan completed a judicial internship with United States District Court Judge Timothy Kelly in the District of Columbia. Morgan graduated from Georgetown University, where she received her undergraduate degree in Government.
