Andrew K. Gershenfeld is a senior counsel in LashGoldberg’s Miami office. Andrew is a commercial litigator with substantial experience handling sophisticated, complex business disputes. Before joining the firm, Andrew was a senior litigation associate in White & Case’s Miami and New York offices.
Andrew concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration. His experience includes litigating high-stakes matters for clients including Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, leading health systems, and others. Andrew is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and the District of Columbia, and in multiple federal courts across the country.
Andrew graduated with honors from Duke University School of Law, where he received the Legal Writing Award and the Legal Theory Award for his graduating class. He served as Executive Editor of Law & Contemporary Problems and as Staff Editor of the Duke Law & Technology Review. At Duke, Andrew also earned a Master of Theological Studies degree, magna cum laude, from Duke University Divinity School. Before Duke, Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University.
