Partner Alan Lash Recertified in Health Law by the Florida Bar
Alan D. Lash has been recertified as a specialist in Health Law by the Florida Bar. He was first board certified in 1997. Board certification by The Florida Bar recognizes attorneys’ special knowledge, skills and proficiency in various areas of law and professionalism and ethics in practice.
A seasoned litigator, Mr. Lash brings nearly 35 years of complex business litigation experience to the firm. His successful health care litigation practice has helped Lash & Goldberg LLP become a national authority in this field. From a well-established foundation of knowledge and understanding of the evolving health care industry, Mr. Lash and his team assist corporate clients with today's litigation challenges in all facets of the business and operations of health care.
