Lash & Goldberg LLP adds Emily L. Pincow to the team as Senior Counsel
Lash & Goldberg LLP is pleased to announce that Attorney Emily L. Pincow has joined the firm in the Fort Lauderdale office as Senior Counsel. Ms. Pincow is an experienced litigator, focusing her practice on complex commercial litigation, and the defense of class actions and multi-district litigations.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pincow practiced at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York and Miami. She currently serves as a Chair of the American Bar Association’s Mass Torts Litigation Subcommittee on MDL & Class Procedures, and is also a frequent author whose articles on complex litigation issues have appeared nationally in an array of industry publications.
Ms. Pincow received an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Lehigh University. She received her law degree magna cum laude from New York Law School, where she served as the Associate Editor of the Law Review.
