Lash & Goldberg LLP adds attorney Jonathan E. Siegelaub as Senior Associate
Lash & Goldberg LLP is pleased to announce that Attorney Jonathan E. Siegelaub has joined the firm as a Senior Counsel in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Mr. Siegelaub’s practice focuses on complex business litigation, health care litigation and white collar matters. Mr. Siegelaub conducts internal investigations and defends clients in government enforcement proceedings and in other business disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Siegelaub served for two years as a law clerk to the Honorable James I. Cohn of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Before his clerkship, Jonathan spent five years as an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP in New York City, where his practice consisted of complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal defense.
Mr. Siegelaub received his law degree from Northwestern University, where he was an editor of the Journal of Criminal Law & Criminology. Prior to law school, he spent two years as an investment banking analyst, performing mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions for consumer products companies.
He received his undergraduate degree in Government from Wesleyan University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Epsilon.
