Attorney James Diamond Joins LashGoldberg
Mr. Diamond focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and high-stakes business disputes in federal and state courts and in arbitration proceedings. His clients include multinational corporations, leading health systems, private equity firms, real estate developers, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals—in matters involving contracts, business torts, real estate disputes, employment issues, defamation, trademark infringement, trusts and estates, and post-judgment enforcement and recovery.
Prior to joining LashGoldberg, Mr. Diamond was a member of the Litigation Practice at the international law firm Greenberg Traurig.
Mr. Diamond is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and served as a Staff Editor of the University of Miami Business Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Political Science from Tulane University. He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America “Ones to Watch” for Commercial Litigation, Litigation – Real Estate, and Litigation – Trusts and Estates.
