Attorney Andrew Gershenfeld Joins LashGoldberg as Senior Counsel
MIAMI, FL. (July 22, 2026) – LashGoldberg is pleased to announce that attorney Andrew K. Gershenfeld has joined the firm as a senior counsel in its Miami office.
Mr. Gershenfeld is an experienced commercial litigator focused on complex commercial litigation and sophisticated business disputes in federal and state courts and in arbitration proceedings. His experience includes litigating high-stakes matters for clients including Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, leading health systems, and others.
Before joining LashGoldberg, Mr. Gershenfeld was a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate at White & Case LLP in Miami and New York.
Mr. Gershenfeld earned his Juris Doctor with honors from Duke University School of Law, where he was Executive Editor of Law & Contemporary Problems and a Staff Editor on the Duke Law & Technology Review. He also received multiple academic awards, including the Legal Writing Award and the Legal Theory Award for his graduating class. He holds a Master of Theological Studies, magna cum laude, from Duke University Divinity School and a Bachelor of Science from Pennsylvania State University. He is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and the District of Columbia, and in multiple federal courts across the country.
