Jessica Choai is an associate in LashGoldberg’s Miami office. Her practice focuses on complex business litigation and health care litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Jessica served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Monte C. Richardson in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, in Jacksonville, Florida and to the Honorable W. David Branstool in the Licking County Court of Common Pleas, in Newark, Ohio.
Jessica is a graduate of University at Buffalo School of Law, where she was Business Editor of Buffalo Law Review, and was awarded the Alden-Baldy and Cuneen-Hackett scholarships as well as the Charles E. Mann Award. She earned a Master of Arts in Economics, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and Bachelor of Arts in English from the University at Buffalo. In addition, while in law school, Jessica worked as a judicial intern to the Hon. E. Jeannette Ogden in the New York State Supreme Court.
