Alan D. Lash Appointed to American Arbitration Association - Coral Gables Gazette

Lash has been appointed to the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Healthcare Dispute Resolution Advisory Council, a 13-member national group selected by the AAA to develop dispute resolution solutions for the healthcare industry. The council is composed of industry leaders and counsel from within the healthcare industry, including the American Medical Association, the American Hospital Association, national insurers and universities.
Last year, Lash was appointed to the AAA’s Commercial Arbitration Panel. He is the only accredited AAA arbitrator in Florida who is also certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in health law and recognized by Best Lawyers in America for both commercial litigation and health law.
