4/19/2007 'Arbitrating Health System Disputes
- The Good, The Bad and The Unknown'

“Arbitrating Health System Disputes: The Good, the Bad and the Unknown” was an informative and spirited roundtable discussion regarding the growing prevalence of commercial healthcare arbitration and the ramifications of this trend. Following a buffet breakfast at the Conrad Hotel in downtown Miami, Alan Lash moderated the panel conversation, which featured Gary W. Robinson, Tenet Healthcare Corporation Deputy General Counsel; Arnold M. Jaffee, Mount Sinai Medical Center General Counsel; and Gerald Kogan, Former Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice; and concluded with an insightful Q&A session with the 40 guests in attendance. Attendees also received two hours of CLE credit from the Florida Bar and 1½ credit hours toward Health Law Certification.
