Lash & Goldberg LLP, a boutique law firm specializing in complex civil, commercial and white-collar criminal litigation as well as dispute resolution matters, announced today that Rachel Elizabeth Kaufman has joined the firm as an associate. Kaufman will focus her practice at the firm on complex civil and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Lash & Goldberg, Kaufman was an associate at Washington D.C.-based Epstein Becker & Green, P.C., where she represented clients in health care, securities, labor and employment, antitrust and bankruptcy issues at the state and federal levels. She has also authored articles on health law and bankruptcy developments.
Kaufman earned her law degree from the Boston University School of Law where she was also a staff editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northwestern University where she majored in communications and philosophy.
