Goldberg have again been chosen for inclusion in Florida Super Lawyers in the category of business litigation. In addition, among the 2009 Florida Rising Stars category are partner Lawrence B. Lambert has more than 15 years of litigation practice in the areas of commercial, healthcare, creditor's rights and real estate. He is an experienced litigator with a vast array of client representations in both federal and state court as well as in arbitration.
Stern is a seasoned litigator with an emphasis in healthcare. She routinely handles provider contract, managed care, peer review, and regulatory compliance matters. Stern's practice also includes the representation of nurses and other healthcare providers in state licensure board investigations and proceedings.
Grant practices civil and commercial litigation and is experienced in healthcare operations and litigation as well as internal investigations. She is an active member of the National Association of Women Lawyers and a member of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and Dade County, Broward County and American Bar Associations.
