Lash & Goldberg LLP adds Clark Splichal to the team as a Senior Associate
Lash & Goldberg LLP is pleased to announce that Attorney Clark Splichal has joined the firm in the Miami office as a Senior Associate. Mr Splichal is an experienced litigator, focusing his practice on complex business litigation, employment litigation, and health care litigation.
He has significant experience handling all types of employment and general business disputes in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration. He has represented major hospital networks and financial institutions. Mr. Splichal has also handled a variety of employment compliance matters and Department of Labor investigations.
Prior to joining Lash & Goldberg, Mr. Splichal was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm in Miami, Florida, where he focused on employment litigation.
He received his law degree cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was the Editor-in-Chief of the Florida Law Review, member of Florida Blue Key, and recipient of multiple Book Awards. He received his undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Miami.
