Rachel Elizabeth Kaufman is an associate having previously
practiced as a litigator at a Washington D.C.-based law firm. Rachel has
advised clients on labor and employment, complex contract, class action,
securities, bankruptcy and antitrust litigation issues. In addition to
her complex business litigation practice, Rachel has experience advising
clients regarding medical staff and peer review matters, as well as Joint
Commission compliance. She has also advised clients on government
investigations relating to health care fraud and abuse. She earned a law
degree from the Boston University School of Law where she was also a staff
editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine. She received a Bachelor
of Science Degree from Northwestern University where she majored in
communications and philosophy.
